Base salaries are the 50th-percentile Australian medians from the Robert Half Salary Guide, which excludes bonuses, benefits and superannuation. Superannuation is the statutory 12% rate. Leave and workers' compensation follow published Australian employer-cost benchmarks, which put total employment cost at 25–55% above base. Payroll tax is excluded because it depends on your state and total wage bill; including it widens the gap. The Alamora figure is $3,000 per month, billed monthly.
